No general return policy
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be approved.
- Customers must raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
- We’ll verify the issue and arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
- Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as size mismatch, change of mind, or dislike of product colour/design.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Refunds are granted for product value only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
